Energy healing supports the release of blocks, which prevent the natural energy flow needed for emotional and physical health. (This is similar to the release from a tight muscle, where we've carried the worries of the day or other stresses).
  • Possible causes of blocked energy can be caused by:
  • disabling beliefs that we have had for years
  • a physical or emotional trauma
  • a disease
  • conditions that we have experienced as stress
  • other life events
